The hotel is situated at the train station, and lower floors are a shopping area. We were able to grab a quick dinner in the shopping area, and then shop for souvenirs before heading back to the hotel to rest. It was perfect for how convenient it is. The staff is very friendly and helped our family to plan our visit to the natural history museum, as we didn't know about pre-purchasing the ticket ahead of time. The staff even lent our kid a book from their library and a thermometer in the middle of the night. I checked in using English just fine.

A repeat stay after 4 years but the quality remains great. Room was large and comfortable( after an upgrade by our choice). Staff were very helpful & courteous. Location is great for our purpose..to watch the Toyohashi Gion Fireworks festival which was as spectacular as 4 years ago. Access to good & well priced food was easy.

The location was great. One entrance is within the train station so it was extremely easy to access from the train. My room on the 12th floor was overlooking the train station and the city beyond. A beautiful view. Though you could see the train station, you could not hear them.

The location in the Toyohashi train station was excellent. The bus station is just outside, with buses and trams. The room was spacious and comfortable. We thought it was good value. There's a department store and supermarket in the station, as well as a Family Mart convenience store at the entrance to the hotel. Toyohashi itself is interesting with a castle ("Yoshidajo"), a reconstructed house originally built about 1800 years ago, a beautiful plum orchard and a great little café at the Toyohashi City Art Museum (near the castle).

The location was great, accessible via toyohashi train station directly. You have many transport options at hand - Shinkansen, trains, taxi, local tram. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Hotel staff were professional and could speak English well enough for a conversation.

Because I traveled for work therefore I expected that the hotel room will have all facilities which supported the guest. And this hotel has everything! I did not have any trouble during this time business trip.

The location is superb. The hotel is directly connected to Toyohashi Station. The rooms are simple but clean and have all the basic amenities you may need.
